We were delighted to welcome Diane from the UEA dehydration team, and Chris from a care home in Rio De Janeiro to our tea tasting morning.
We had 4 different teas, along with a quiz making up the event.
It was really good fun, with everyone having a good chat about the tastes and smells they were experiencing. The quiz also gave us all lots to think about, with some very difficult questions. As a result we really learnt a lot about tea.
