We are delighted to say that we have had 100% take up on the vaccination programme.
All staff and residents have received their second doses of the vaccine.
We have worked hard to implement and maintain high standards of infection control as a result thankfully (to date), we have kept Ealing house Covid 19 free. Thanks and recognition must go to all our dedicated staff.
We have been welcoming visitors back to Ealing House, following the government protocols and guidance.
Needless to say it feels restricted to say the least, but we must maintain our high standards of infection control for the wellbeing of the residents as we all continue to embrace the relaxation of lockdown restrictions. In general it is wonderful to see family reconnect with their loved ones.
Further to this we have had an Infection Control Audit and inspection from CQC where there were no recommendations required.
The report appears as part of the overall recent CQC inspection paper which can be seen on the link on our home page.
It highlighted to us that all our procedures are robust.
