We were delighted to asked by the nursery school in Rollesby to help them make a story sack of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
If you know the story it is about a caterpillar who hatches, and eats his way through the week munching on all sorts of yummy things.
Residents and friends and family were tasked with creating various things from the story.
Finally we had everything in place. The school were notified that we had completed our mission, and kindly invited us in to deliver the basket of knitting and crocheting.
We were made to feel very important indeed, and thoroughly enjoyed listening to the story and watching our props come to life.
Hope they enjoy them for years to come and think of us as they do so.
