We had a great time making the Christmas puddings. It began on Saturday 21st Nov with the fruit being measured out and stout, and port added to soak overnight.
The following morning it was time to add all the dry ingredients and take turns to give it a good stir.
The puddings were then cooked and are now waiting for Christmas day. They smell AMAZING xxx
We have also been feeding the Christmas cakes following a successful ‘Bake off’.
