There was a week long celebration for St Patrick’s day!
We decided to look into ‘all things’ Irish, finding many activities to keep everyone busy during that time.
Needless to say these activities were all the more enjoyable when accompanied by a Bailey’s Irish cream or a Guinness!!
There was Irish Bingo, Irish word searches and colouring pages.
Cookery activities involved making a Baileys Cheese cake and a Irish Rose cocktail which was supposed to be non alcoholic but everyone decided that it needed a little ‘something!’. That something being a few shots of gin!!!
On the 17th a beautiful Irish stew was served, and enjoyed by all.
