St Patrick’s Day also happens to be Daphne’s birthday. (She was 95 today).
There was Irish stew for lunch and followed by home made whiskey cake.
For the remainder of the week there was a variety of Irish recipes and foods to be enjoyed.
There were also many Irish themed activities. Quiz’s, work searches, puzzles, cooking and bingo.
As you can see there was something for everyone.
