Our Jubilee celebrations finished on a high, with our first ‘outside’ entertainment from The Norfolk Broads Concert Band. They performed the evening before the Queen’s official birthday, which we felt would round off things nicely.
They were fantastic, providing us with a lively assortment of tunes. They even played one of our favourites……. Sweet Caroline which certainly had us all waving and singing along.
Prior to their arrival we had a tea party and quiz, so a very special evening indeed. Bob read a special poem about The Queen Thank you to everyone involved.
Hopefully they will return soon for another performance, they were hinting at an Octoberfest, so watch this space!
