For the second year in a row we held an end of summer extravaganza. It’s such a great thing to host as the children go back to school.
Having been busy making some popcorn during the morning, we were ready for the show to go on!
Family, friends and visitors from the village gathered together for a Punch and Judy show with Dave Doughnut. There was lots of laughter as the show progressed with all the antics from Mr Punch and his fellow puppets.
No sooner was the show over the donkeys and other animals arrived from Scratby Garden Centre. These included a pony, 2 tortoises, a skunk, rabbit and an owl.
These were taken around the home for all to see, delighting young and old alike.
Then to finish the day the ice cream man came along so we could all choose an ice cream.
