We were delighted to be able to welcome the dental nurses from Plummers. As you all know its very difficult getting anywhere near a dentist these days!
They came along and gave the staff some advice on good oral hygiene practices. Promoting teeth cleaning, and gave some aids to assist those who are unable to hold a traditional shaped tooth brush handle.
Following this they met some of the residents to chat about their oral hygiene and see if they had any concerns for their oral health.
They even brought along their puppet and props to making it a fun way to learn.
