We were very busy creating a nativity scene to display on the upstairs windows. along with a Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus scarecrow for the sun lounge.
There was also a snowflake lavender tree, (using lavender that we dried from the garden) to go in the hallway. It smelt wonderful.
These sessions were very social, with lots of ‘natter’ taking place as the creations evolved.
Elaine gave us a home made snow globe (second photo) . it even lit up. Very clever indeed.
Judging by the many comments by passers by who admired the finished display it was worth all the wonderful effort.
