Art Show

Don’t know if you can remember we did some art work back in May for an art exhibition for Barbara and Bob Warnes. The topic was a ‘memory’, this could include a favourite place, thing, person animal etc.

The residents really enjoyed putting their work together.

The exhibition started at The Forum in Norwich, and then moved to The Library in Great Yarmouth for four days last week.

We managed to take some of the residents along to view the show. It look wonderful.

Special Thanks go to Tyna who created the most amazing knitted garland full of memories. It had this message to go with it.

This chain of flowers was created by Tyna one of our carers who as you can see is very creative indeed.

The chain of yellow roses represents the warm feelings of love and friendship we have for the residents at

Ealing House.

Those who are both with us, and those who have sadly passed away.

The insects represent how we weave our way through life by landing on such flowers and become part of each other life for the time we have together.

The butterflies signify the day care residents and visitors who flit in and out, but are very much part of our ‘home’.
