No sooner had we cleared up from Burns Day we found ourselves raising the Australian flag!
The menu for the day was Australian; with Ostrich, Buffalo and Lamb burgers with Lamington’s (an Australian cake) for lunch.
There were Vegemite sandwiches for tea (you either love them or hate them!)
We have quite a few artefacts from Australia which were shared around and talked about, worn and had fun with.
