We really enjoyed helping Pom celebrate Thai new year with the festival of Songkran. The festival is marked by water, which is thought to wash away misfortune and usher in prosperity. We had a wonderful time over Easter. Celebrations began early with an Easter themed reminiscence session thanks to Karen. The children also came along to learn about the meaning of Easter and it's customs. The Easter bunny made an appearance too to hand out goodies to the children.
