We were lucky enough to have a couple of trips to see the lambs and calves being born in the barn at the farm shop. We didn't actually witness any births, but saw twin lambs just born, and an Aberdeen angus calf still attached to its umbilical cord. All very exciting and wonderful. Look and see..........

We might have celebrated a little late, but a great time was had non the less. With the dining room decorated up with all our Irish artefacts, we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch of Irish Stew followed by Porterhouse cake with Irish cream. Delicious.
