Awards!

Our most recent news, is of our wonderful success at The Norfolk Care Awards.

Last November we were entered for three care awards. We subsequently learnt that we had been short listed into the final three for all of them, and invited along to Sprowston Manor Hotel on February 26th to await the final decision.

What a wonderful evening we had, Ealing House had reserved a table of ten, with a total of 300 people in attendance. There was a champagne reception to greet us, followed by a three course meal.

Following this there were speeches, made by Norman Lamb (care minister), David Prior (chairman of CQC), Martin Green (CEO Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and Andrea Sutcliffe (chief inspector of adult social care, CQC). There were ten categories of awards in total.

Our first nomination was for Most Supportive Employer (student placement).
