Our Jubilee celebrations finished on a high, with our first 'outside' entertainment from The Norfolk Broads Concert Band. They performed the evening before the Queen's official birthday, which we felt would round off things nicely. They were fantastic, providing us with a lively assortment of tunes. We would like to say 'Thank you' Gladys Moore's family for the garden seat which they have donated to Ealing House in loving memory of their mother. It is a wonderful addition to our garden, and will be used by all.
How exciting to have a wedding to celebrate. One of our carers was finally able to hold her wedding having her previous attempts postponed due to the Covid 19 restrictions. We decided to throw a surprise bridal shower on her last shift before the big day. Surprise! I think we managed to keep it that way, looking at her face [...]
