There is certainly a day for everything! Today was National Cereal Day! It was great fun. We looked and tried all sorts of different things made from cereals. Then we made cheesecakes with a Weetabix and banana base, along with some Rice Krispy cakes.
What a great day we had. The home decided to have Alice in Wonderland as their book choice. We always enjoy bringing our St David's Day celebrations to life. Signs of spring too! Decorations go up. Welsh cawl is prepared for lunch, along with other Welsh dishes on the menu such as Bara Brith, Welsh Rarebit, Welsh cakes, and laverbread. Delicious.
