Ealing House has a highly motivated team of twenty two staff .

The team is led by Sally Watson, the proprietor/manager of Ealing House, who has spent sixteen years working within the NHS, specializing firstly in Cardiology then finally Diabetes Specialist Nursing. During her career she has become an NVQ Assessor, gained a Certificate in Management and a Diploma in Nursing Practice.

Deputizing for Sally are Suzy Gladden and Christina Antill, both have many years experience and hold NVQ in Care qualifications at Level 3.

Suzy is ‘hands on’ and based within the team. Christina is mainly office based.

The majority of the remaining team hold their NVQ levels 2 or 3 or are working towards this. The new staff have the opportunity and are encouraged to follow this pathway.
