STAFFING

Ealing House has a highly motivated team of ten experienced care assistants to care for the service users.

The team is led by Sally Watson, the proprietor/manager of Ealing House, who has spent sixteen years working within the NHS, specialising firstly in Cardiology then finally Diabetes Specialist Nursing. During her career she has become an NVQ Assessor, gained a Certificate in Management and a Diploma in Nursing Practice.

Deputising for Sally is Mrs Janet Hodge, Deputy Manager who has worked at Ealing House since 1988.

During this time she has undertaken NVQ in Care level 2 and then completed level 3.
More recently Janet has successfully completed “Approaches to Reminiscence”, which the service users thoroughly enjoy.

Janet is now undertaking her D32 and D33 Units to become an NVQ Assessor. Janet has now completeed her D32
The rest of the team have many years experience between them and are proceeding to undertake their NVQ level 2. They all participate in training sessions held within the home and attend relevant study days. We have one Domestic who ensures Ealing House is maintained to a very high standard.
