Ealing House Residential Care Home for the Elderly is a seventeen bedded family run home in Martham, Norfolk, for residents over the age of 65 who may or may not be suffering with dementia.

It is owned and managed by Sally and Russell Watson.

It was established in 1974 by Betty Williamson who owned and managed it until her retirement in November 2001.

At this time they handed over the management to their daughter Sally Watson, a Registered General Nurse with sixteen years experience in the National Health Service, predominantly in Cardiology and Diabetes Specialist Nursing.

Sally and her husband Russell became proprietors of Ealing House in November 2002.
